Lodging Package Booked Directly through Camp Waldemar

The lodging cost is additional and rates are based on the accommodations you select and include ALL meals while at camp.  Waldemar offers many options for different budgets.  Included in the price are 4 Dinners, 3 Lunches, 4 Breakfasts, Coffee/Tea Service all day.

Waldemar’s simplified pricing structure for 2025—

4 Night Minimum 

Rate per person per night: 

Single Occupancy Cabin/Room     $245*
Double Occupancy $175*
3 - 8 Person Occupancy $145*
    *Plus 6% Hotel Tax

I understand that the cost of lodging is additional and that I must book my lodging directly through Lori at Camp Waldemar.


Camp Waldemar Venue and Topography

Please note that while enjoying the picturesque setting of Camp Waldemar during Lucky Star Art Camp, it's important to be aware that there are not dedicated services available to transport campers around the site. As part of the Waldemar Venue, navigating through some rugged terrain, hills, and stairs is essential move about camp. Your safety and comfort are paramount to us, and we want everyone to have an enjoyable and memorable time as they walk throughout Camp Waldemar to get to their classes and accommodations.  

Personal Waiver

I agree to assume all risk of personal harm or injury relating to or resulting from my presence on the premises of Waldemar while attending Lucky Star Art Camp 2025 run by Lucky Star Show & Tell LLC.  This includes my participation in any class or activity associated with Lucky Star Show & Tell LLC and to release and hold harmless Lucky Star Show & Tell LLC, its members, employees and instructors, as to liability for any such harm or injury. I recognize that this is a contract and that it plainly expresses my intent to release prospective negligence claims and all other claims for personal injuries against Lucky Star Show & Tell, LLC, its members, employees and instructors regardless of the cause of any such injury. (Initial to acknowledge you have read and agree to below)

Photo and Video Release

I give my permission for Lucky Star Show & Tell, LLC, Waldemar, and Lucky Star Instructors/Speakers to utilize photos and/or video taken of me and my artwork during this event for advertising and marketing purposes. Please initial to acknowledge that you give your permission.  If you don't give permission, please say NO in the box.

Refunds and Cancellations

PLEASE READ AND REMEMBER :: If you chose not to opt in for the protection above, there will be no refunds. If you must cancel for some unforeseen reason, you may transfer your spot to someone else, but we must be notified in writing of any changes. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, disaster, war or other acts of GOD, which would cause the event to be cancelled, Lucky Star Show & Tell, LLC reserves the right to reschedule the event. Lucky Star Show & Tell, LLC reserves the right to cancel any class that has not met the minimum number of students required for the class to “make”. If this happens, you will be contacted via email to choose another class, so it is a good idea not to purchase class supplies more than a month in advance.  This year we are offering a trip insurance option for you below.  This is a 3rd party company and Lucky Star Show & Tell, LLC is not responsible for any part of the agreement between camper and insurance.  

IMPORTANT BILLING INFORMATION.  If you are not paid in full after today's registration (you are only paying the deposit), the balance of tuition will be applied to your credit card on the following dates:  

  • Priority 30 - May 15, 2025
  • Early Bird Registration - May 15, 2025
  • General Registration - July 31, 2025
